Hugh Harris is USCG licensed, insured, and bonded owner/operator of True North Outdoors.
From an early age a passion for the outdoors, a strong work ethic, and an incessant curiosity for adventure in fishing was instilled in him by his father, a fisheries biologist. Fishing is a way of life that offers Hugh endless joy through a creative pursuit of the elusive and challenging, but attainable.
Hugh is honored to have been a featured author for Salmon & Steelhead Journal, as well as a host of fishing seminars in the PNW community. He is a devoted husband and father of two wonderful boys; raising his family to love and cherish the outdoors for generations to come. Hugh has over 15 years invested as a health care professional serving our community’s Oncology patients and families. Excellence in service, integrity, safety, and expertise are the professional values he provides his clients on and off the water.
